According to authorities, Joshua Hakken entered the maternal grandmother's residence on Shady Shores Drive. Joshua tied her up, removed the children and fled in her 2009 Silver Toyota Camry.
The TBI has issued a statewide AMBER Alert for two Florida brothers who may be in East Tennessee with their non-custodial parents. Cole Hakken, 4, and Chase Hakken, 2, were kidnapped from their grandmother's home in Tampa on April 3.
The alert was issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation which reports that a vehicle similar to the one the boys are believed to be in may have been seen in the area of Highway 30 and Highway 411 in Etowah, Tennessee around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
