Brian Banks, the NFL prospect falsely accused of and jailed for rape, is getting a second chance at the NFL. Eleven years after being arrested, the 27 year old has signed with the Atlanta Falcons.

27-year-old Brian Banks gets to live out his dream of being in the NFL. The Atlanta Falcons signed a contract with Banks on Wednesday.

Brian Banks wore a prison uniform for more than five years, serving time for a rape he didn't commit. Now he'll be wearing an Atlanta Falcons jersey.
