By Joe Burris, The Baltimore Sun. 12:30 a.m. EDT, May 18, 2013. The Baltimore City Department of Transportation has posted road closures and traffic modifications for Saturday's 138th running of the Preakness Stakes and InfieldFest at Pimlico Race Course.

While Oxbow will garner the attention at the window because of Gary Stevens being there and being 6th to WTC's 8th, he seems the more likely to take advantage of the pace. The "wiseguy" horse almost never seems to win the Preakness in recent memory.

The colt was a Kentucky Derby scratch, but has been cleared to challenge Orb in the Preakness Stakes.

Normandy Invasion, which finished fourth in the Kentucky Derby, won't run in the Preakness Stakes.
